Our Development Process

TexaLiving is part of a larger effort to bring new communities to life across Texas. By moving into our rental homes, tenants play a key role in helping proposed MUDs become fully developed districts. Here's how the process works from start to finish.

Early Stage

Pad Site Preparation

Grading and preparing lots for homes.

Utility Setup

Installation of septic, water tanks, and electrical drops.

Trailer Placement

TexaLiving homes are delivered to pad sites for tenant use.

Tenant Residency & Voting

Tenants move in and participate in the initial election that allows the MUD to issue bonds.

Final Stage

Bond Funding Approved

Once residents approve, the MUD can issue bonds.

Infrastructure Construction

Water, Sewer, Drainage, and roads are built with bond funding.

Community Growth

Permanent homes and expanded amenities follow.

TexaLiving Transition

As development finalizes, rental trailers may move to new pad sites to help launch the next community.
